School improvement Many schools in China's rural areas are spare, run-down, and often dangerous to occupy. Since 1997, we have been improving the conditions of rural schools in Gansu, Hunan, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces. We have rebuilt kindergartens taht were destroyed by the Sichuan earthquake. We have constructed much needed additions to existing schools. These have been made possible by church and private donors. |
