Re-vitalization of used digital cameras for needy children
15-Oct-2008 Technology of digital camera products change rapidly, most of the cameras with low-resolution such as, 2-3 million pixels, are considered obsolete. However, for many Hong Kong’s underprivileged children, these digital cameras will be a luxurious gift and they can also provide a meaningful opportunity in learning photography. Therefore, HOPE worldwide and Laurence Lai Gallery would like to join hand to give an opportunity to these children.
We plan to launch a territory-wide campaign to collect used digital cameras and send to the underprivileged children in Shum Shui Po and Tin Shui Wai. The target children are mainly from newly arrived or low-income families.

This Summer Is Not The Same
06-Oct-2008 This summer I took part in the "Character Learning Class" that gave me the opportunities of learning and playing. In the "learning" section, I visited the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre to watch a lot of cultural relics, including the iron gate which originally belonged to HSBC. On the other hand, although we had tutorials, there were breaks for us to relax a little.
